Part Two on Skype for Business

We have been using Skype for Business as a test program with Microsoft for a little over a year now, and have recently rolled our entire call center over to the program, as well.

Skype for Business has given us the flexibility we need in order to work from multiple locations, but more importantly, it has given us a much better overall communication tool.  We can either call or instant message directly from our internal applications and get timely answers to simple questions much more quickly than we could in the past. 

The tool has really cut down on the protracted conversations over emails and phone tag when we may just have one question that needs some clarification.

I am very excited to introduce this toolset to our client base, as I’m sure they will get the same value from it as we are experiencing.
